OBSH (4,4'-oxybis(benzenesulfonyl hydrazide)) is a chemical blowing agent in the form of a white or light-yellow powder, used for the production of foamed polymer materials. Upon heating, it decomposes with the release of gases (mainly nitrogen), enabling the formation of a uniform cellular structure within the material. It helps reduce density and improves thermal and acoustic insulation properties, as well as the elasticity of the final products. It is characterized by good compatibility with various polymer systems and a stable decomposition temperature.
Applications: production of foamed materials based on PVC, EVA, rubber, polyolefins, and other polymers.
